How Invoicing works with the other apps
No integrations to set up: the apps share one workspace and one set of data. These connections are on by default and can be switched in Settings → Integrations.
Invoicing → CRM
A client becomes a contact tagged "client"; sent and paid invoices are logged on the contact.
CRM → Invoicing
"Create invoice" on a contact, company, or won deal pre-fills the client and a line from the deal value.
Invoicing → ERP
Every recorded invoice payment becomes a revenue entry (source "invoicing", one per payment).
Schedule → Invoicing
"Invoice this booking" on a completed booking drafts an invoice for the service price; the booking and the invoice link to each other.
Projects → Invoicing
"Bill time" on the timesheet drafts an invoice from unbilled time entries (hours × the project rate); billed entries are marked so they are never billed twice.
