Pricing FAQ
Is Web Alpha really free?
Yes. The website and hosting, your own domains, online booking, the store, AI lead generation, email marketing, every other app, and the AI are free for every business. There is no subscription, no trial, and no card to enter, and setting you up costs nothing too.
Then how does Web Alpha make money?
When a client pays you through Web Alpha, it keeps 2% of that payment. That covers paid bookings and deposits, store orders, payable forms, and invoices paid online. If you take no payments through Web Alpha, you pay nothing. Custom work by our Digital Talent team is quoted separately.
How do I get started?
Ask on the Get started page. Our team sets up every business personally: we reply within one business day, set up your website, your services, booking, and payments with you, and run your first lead hunt together. There is no sign-up form and nothing to pay.
How do I get paid for bookings, orders, and invoices?
Through Stripe Connect. We connect your Stripe account with you during setup (or you can from Store, Invoicing, or Schedule settings in a few minutes); payments then go straight to it. Web Alpha keeps its 2% from each payment, and Stripe charges its usual card processing fee to your account. Payouts and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.
Is there a fee on money I take outside Web Alpha?
No. Cash, bank transfers, your own card terminal, or an invoice you mark as paid by hand carry no Web Alpha fee. The fee applies only to card payments made through the platform.
Are there limits?
Fair-use ones, so the platform stays fast for everyone: 10 websites, 10 team members, 25 GB of storage, and 300 AI actions a month per workspace, with unlimited custom domains. If you outgrow them, write to us and we lift them. That is free too.
What happens to a payment I refund?
The fee on it is returned along with the refund, so you never pay a fee on money you gave back.
How is Digital Talent priced?
Custom work is quoted per project after a short discovery call. Hourly, project-based, retainer, hosting, and maintenance models are available.
