Terms of service

These terms are between you and Commarad, LLC (“Web Alpha”, “we”), owned by Arad Okanin (aradokanin.com). Web Alpha, the Web Alpha name and crown mark, and the platform are the property of Arad Okanin and Commarad, LLC.

Web Alpha provides business software applications, website creation and hosting, custom development services (Digital Talent), and partnership programs. Features marked as in development or coming soon are not yet available and may change before release.

You must be at least 18 or have the authority to bind your business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the members they invite and the content those members publish.

• Do not publish content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or is malicious (including malware, phishing, or deceptive sites).
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or to disrupt the platform.
• Do not use the platform to send spam or to violate any applicable law.
• Do not use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or designed to deceive.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you create, including content drafted with the AI features and then saved by you. You grant Web Alpha the rights needed to host, display, back up, and deliver it as part of the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any images, text, and marks you upload.

Web Alpha subdomains are provided as part of the service and remain Web Alpha property; reserved names may not be claimed, and we may reclaim subdomains that are inactive or misleading. Custom domains must be owned or controlled by you.

Starter ($12 a month or $120 a year) and Business ($39 a month or $390 a year) renew automatically until cancelled from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least thirty days' notice. Custom work performed by Digital Talent is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement.

Partnership applications and related conversations do not create any agreement, obligation, or entitlement. Any partnership is defined solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

We work to keep the platform available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Every publish is versioned so you can roll back, and the database is backed up daily. Support is provided according to your plan.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commarad, LLC and Arad Okanin are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced by email to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
