How Projects works with the other apps
No integrations to set up: the apps share one workspace and one set of data. These connections are on by default and can be switched in Settings → Integrations.
CRM → Projects
"Start project" on a won deal creates a project with the deal name and client, linked back to the deal.
Projects → Invoicing
"Bill time" on the timesheet drafts an invoice from unbilled time entries (hours × the project rate); billed entries are marked so they are never billed twice.
Projects ↔ Documents
Projects get a Documents tab; documents created from a project are filed in its folder.
People → Projects
Assignees resolve to people records for names and avatars; time off shows on the board.
